A Bit About Me
Hi, I'm Nouvelle
I'm a certified Life Coach who’s walked the hard road of healing myself. My own journey—through childhood trauma, a marriage that ended in burnout, years of silencing myself to keep the peace, and a long process of reclaiming my voice and worth—has brought me to this work, heart-first.
After my marriage ended, I relocated my entire world—starting over in a new place, in a new relationship, with a new vision for life. But even with all that change, I found myself facing a different set of challenges that revealed just how deeply my past was still living in me.
That’s when everything shifted. I got sober, took radical responsibility for my healing, and began the real work of becoming the woman I was always meant to be.
I don’t teach theory—I teach from lived experience. I know what it takes to rebuild, because I’ve done it.
And now, I help other women do the same.
